Who is Epic Jamaica?
Epic Jamaica (formerly Rate Ur Jamaica) was created in June 2012 as an independent consumer advocacy website committed to creating awareness of consumer rights. Founded by customer service advocate Denise Clarke, this website began with a mission to evaluate customer service in Jamaica, and encourage consumers to share their customer service experiences so others can use this information to make decisions on where to do business.Since inception, Epic Jamaica has attracted a diverse audience from all over the world, many of whom are seeking to learn more about Jamaica, its people and culture. As such, the website has moved beyond the mission of consumer advocacy, and continues to update with information that is of interest to the core audience.
