Much has been said about the new bank withdrawal tax recently announced by the Jamaican Government. Whether or not you support it, this tax will affect every individual who has a bank account when it comes into effect on June 1. Even as Parliament is now reviewing the current rate of bank charges, the banks are already hinting that more fees are coming as a result of the withdrawal tax.
